Remove a splinter cleanly
-
Wash first, squeeze never.
Soap and water on skin and hands. Squeezing drives it deeper and breaks it.
-
Look at the angle in good light.
A magnifier and strong light. Pulling against the entry angle snaps splinters.
-
Pull shallow ones with tweezers.
Grip close to the skin, pull along the entry line, smooth and slow.
-
Open the skin over flat ones.
A sterilised needle lifts the skin flap over a horizontal splinter, then tweezers.
-
Wash again and watch it.
Soap, a plaster if it bled. Redness spreading after a day, or glass and metal deep in a foot: doctor.

#1 becomes the Core. This atoma is young: submit a better distillation and take the seat.
No gear needed. Your pot, a timer and ice are enough. That is the point.
