Dumbbell reverse lunge, loaded and stable
-
Hold the bells at your sides.
Farmer style, arms long, shoulders back. Racked at the shoulders is the harder variant for later.
-
Step back onto the ball of the foot.
One long stride backward, hips square. The reverse lunge is kinder to knees than the forward version.
-
Lower straight down to 90/90.
Back knee toward the floor, front shin vertical, torso tall between the weights.
-
Drive through the front heel.
The front leg does the work; the back leg balances.
-
Alternate with a full stand between.
Stand tall between reps. Rushing the switch is where wobbles and knee-cave sneak in.

#1 becomes the Core. This atoma is young: submit a better distillation and take the seat.
No gear needed. Your pot, a timer and ice are enough. That is the point.
