Stretch a tight lower back
-
Start with knees to chest.
On your back, both knees hugged in, thirty seconds. It decompresses before anything else.
-
Add a gentle spinal twist.
Knees fall to one side, shoulders stay down, thirty seconds each way.
-
Stretch the hips, not just the back.
Figure four: ankle over the opposite knee, pull the thigh in. Tight glutes pull on the back.
-
Open the hip flexors.
Half kneeling, tuck the pelvis, lean forward slightly. Sitting shortens these all day.
-
Finish with cat-cow.
Ten slow rounds on all fours to move the whole spine through its range.

#1 becomes the Core. This atoma is young: submit a better distillation and take the seat.
No gear needed. Your pot, a timer and ice are enough. That is the point.
