Fix your desk posture
-
Set the chair from the feet up.
Feet flat, knees level with hips. Everything else adjusts to that.
-
Bring the desk or keyboard to your elbows.
Elbows at about ninety degrees, shoulders down. Reaching upward is what wrecks necks.
-
Put the top of the screen at eye level.
An arm length away. Laptop users need a stand and a separate keyboard.
-
Support the lower back.
A cushion or the chair lumbar setting so the natural curve is kept, not flattened.
-
Move every thirty minutes.
The best posture is the next one. No setup survives four unbroken hours.

#1 becomes the Core. This atoma is young: submit a better distillation and take the seat.
No gear needed. Your pot, a timer and ice are enough. That is the point.
