Brew better coffee at home
-
Buy whole beans, dated.
A roast date on the bag, used within a month. Ground supermarket coffee lost the argument before you brewed it.
-
Grind just before brewing.
Even a cheap grinder minutes before beats a great grinder last week.
-
Weigh sixty grams per litre.
One to sixteen as the starting ratio. Scales end the daily lottery.
-
Water just off the boil.
Thirty seconds after boiling, about 93°C. Boiling water scorches, warm water sours.
-
Adjust one thing at a time.
Bitter means grind coarser. Sour means grind finer. Change a single variable per brew.

#1 becomes the Core. This atoma is young: submit a better distillation and take the seat.
No gear needed. Your pot, a timer and ice are enough. That is the point.
