Wash a car without scratching it
-
Rinse the grit off first.
A thorough hose-down removes the sand that would otherwise become sandpaper in your mitt.
-
Use two buckets.
Wash water and rinse water. The mitt gets rinsed before every re-dip; the grit stays in bucket two.
-
Wash top down.
The roof is cleanest, the sills are filthiest. The mitt meets the worst dirt last.
-
Straight lines, light pressure.
Circular scrubbing grinds swirls into the paint. Let the shampoo do the lifting.
-
Dry with a towel you trust.
A clean microfibre drying towel, patted or dragged flat. Air-drying paints the water spots on.

#1 becomes the Core. This atoma is young: submit a better distillation and take the seat.
No gear needed. Your pot, a timer and ice are enough. That is the point.
